1. Product returns due to wrong delivery

1.1. In all cases in which, with proven fault of the Company, products other than those sold or substantially different by type or excessive quantity are delivered, the customer-user of the e-shop susami.gr immediately returns the products to the Company, intact and sealed, with their complete packaging and the documents that accompanied them, for inspection and verification of the error.

1.2. In the above case, the costs of returning the products to the Company as well as the costs of resending the order to the buyer are borne by the Company, as long as the method of return proposed by the Company is followed.

1.3. Returns on bulk foods or edibles in cases where no error has been made by the Company or in cases of non-defective products are not accepted due to the nature of the products for health and safety reasons.

1.4. In case of receipt of products in glass packages that have been damaged, cracked or totally destroyed, customers should contact the courier company within 24 hours from the time of receipt. In order to compensate for possible damage, the products must not be removed from the parcel and must be delivered exactly as received by the courier company within 24 hours.

2. Returns of defective products

2.1. If it is found that the delivered product is defective due to the Company’s fault, the buyer – user of the e-shop susami.gr , is entitled not to receive, but to return the defective product (intact and sealed) to the Company immediately, together with all the documents that accompanied it and with its complete packaging. shop If it is a defect discovered later than delivery and the packaging does not exist, or if the packaging of the product was omitted by the distributors upon delivery of the item, the packaging of the product is not required.

2.2. The return of the products will be carried out either at the Company’s physical store or through a courier company and the Company will bear both the costs of sending the defective products to the Company and the costs of sending the new products to the customer.

2.3. After the return of the products, the defect is checked by the Company, which will contact the customer to inform him/her about the results of the check.

2.4. If the defect is found, the product is replaced, otherwise the transaction is cancelled if it is not possible to replace the product in a reasonable time. In case of cancellation of the transaction, the refund of the original purchase will be made interest-free in the same way as the original payment was made, unless otherwise agreed.

3. Return of non-defective products – Right of unjustified withdrawal by the buyer

3.1. The buyer has the right to withdraw from the purchase contract within a period of 14 calendar days from the delivery (acquisition of physical possession) of the products. Withdrawal is subject to the following conditions:

(a) This withdrawal is unjustified and without charge and, if the item has already been delivered, the customer must return the product exactly as received, with all the accompanying forms and packaging in perfect condition. The return of the item is accepted only if the customer has paid the shipping costs for the return of the item.

(b) The withdrawal statement is sent in writing or electronically, by registered mail or to the Company’s address or to the following e-mail address susami.spreads@gmail.com . For example, it has the following content:

(c) Following the declaration of withdrawal, the Company is obliged to refund the price received within a maximum of 14 days from the proper return of the products. The refund to the buyer will be made interest-free by the same means by which the original collection was made, unless otherwise agreed.

(d) If the products are returned damaged or incomplete, the Company has the right to claim compensation from the buyer – the amount of which will be determined by the condition of the products – and to proceed unilaterally and without any other means to a total or partial set-off of its claim against the buyer.

(e) In any case, the above right of withdrawal does not apply to products that have been unsealed after delivery and to bulk foodstuffs.

4. Order cancellation

4.1. Before completing your order and during the online ordering process, you can “back” and remove the quantities of products from your cart by pressing the “remove” button.

4.2. If the online order has been completed but the product has not yet been shipped, the customer can contact the Company at the following e-mail addresssusami.spreads@gmail.com or on the phone 2467029055 and the latter will cancel the order, free of charge. Depending on the volume of the order and the time of its cancellation and if the Company suffers a loss due to it, the buyer may seek compensation from the Company.

4.3. In the event that the customer makes a mistake in the order and wishes to change it, the return and reshipment shipping costs will be borne by the customer and not by the Company.
